The Job
– Work with Product team to imagine, design, define and make happen new features and product improvements for ITviec.com. Help our users find the right jobs, fast!
– The usual product management stuff: develop product roadmaps, work with our developers on product specifications, develop core documentation, A/B testing, work with designers on new features.
– Help developers understand requirements, support them through execution, and make sure that success criteria are measured and the value is delivered.
– Build tools to collect and analyze data to accurately measure the effectiveness of products and recommending changes.
– Developing and testing hypotheses for new features or current features – creating wireframes, writing user stories and testing that features work as designed.
Your Skills, Experience and Attitude
– At least 1 year experience in Web Product Management (product company preferred) with a proven track record of implementing features that advance key mission metrics.
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
– Internet marketing experience preferred (great Product people are 50% marketers)
– Experience creating wireframes or mockups allowing clear collaboration with designers and developers.
– Strong data, metrics, and analysis skills (You know how to create a pivot table in Excel).
– Love love love making improvements. You get so excited when you make a small improvement that would create a huge impact that you can’t stop talking about it.
– Deep intuition and passion for product.
– A doer. Execution beats ideas, 10 out of 10.
– Extremely detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
– Have professional pride in all the work you do, no matter how small/big. Our favorite motto: If you think you’re too big for a small task, you’re probably too small for a big one.
– Take initiatives. Go above and beyond in all the tasks given.
– When receive an idea, you can plan and execute on your own. Plus, manage to get it done in time.
– Hunger in the eyes and fire in the heart.

– Comfortable and unafraid to write code (even basic HTML a plus)
