As Content Marketing Lead at ITviec you will be in charge of ITviec’s blog, Facebook page, Google Plus, LinkedIn and social media strategy.
Key points:
Learn branding. We are SUPER focused on using blogs and social media to build our brand and capture “Top of Mind” in our users. You will learn how to define a brand and how to use social media and online presence to build it. We love to read marketing books and follow marketing thought-leaders on Twitter — you will too.
Content Marketing. Content is exploding, and content marketing is here to stay. You will create, manage and promote original and third party content to build ITviec as a fun, friendly and super professional friend for IT job-seekers.
Rocket your marketing career: 1-2 years at ITviec is like a Masters Degree in Online Marketing Awesomeness. You will have your choice of online marketing jobs after working with us to build our brand.
What you will do:
Write blog posts: You will focus on blog content that inspires, informs and helps our readers make better IT career choices. You will post about 1x/week. Each post will be 500-800 words. You will engage commenters on our blog and make them feel appreciated and at home.
Manage our social pages: You will use social media to craft ITviec’s image as a friendly and professional guide to IT people in their careers. You will use Buffer App to manage our postings on Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn. You will also seed our blog on IT-related forums. Our focus is ALWAYS on delivering value to our users, not “marketing” to them.
Build blog traffic: You will be accountable for building traffic to our blog. You will use Google Webmaster Tools to understand how people use Google to find our blog, and create posts that help attract more SEO traffic.
1 year from now, you’ll look back and be proud of the changes you’ve made and what you’ve accomplished. Nothing in this world beats this feeling.
Your experience & qualifications:
Love love love digital marketing: You live, breathe and even sleep online
You love to write: You enjoy the creative process of writing. You love it when your content creates an emotional connection with the reader. Double good if you have your own blog.
WordPress: You have experience writing on WordPress and using plugins.
Social media management: You have more than 1 year experience managing a Facebook page for a brand. You can share stories (“kinh nghiem xuong mau”) about what worked and what didn’t.
Great English: Speaking and written. Bonus if you read Shakespeare in your spare time. 😉
“Can-do” spirit: You always focus on solutions, not on problems.
Hunger in the eyes and fire in the heart: You love what you do.
