As Paid Channel Owner at ITviec you will be in charge of ITviec’s online ad budget and Google Analytics measurement.

What you will do:
- Manage our paid online campaigns: Develop, implement and measure digital marketing campaigns, including Google Adwords, GDN, Youtube and Facebook. Focus on Marketing Automation as much as possible.
- Manage Google Analytics: Analytics is key to making better decisions. You will be in charge of our GA account to track and measure critical KPIs like applications, new sign-ups, bounce rate, email and push marketing campaigns. You will ensure we are effectively measuring each channel.
- Create awesome SEM, FB and GDN ads: Constantly A/B test new copy, new images, new techniques.

Your experience & qualifications:
- Love: Love love love digital marketing — you live, breathe and even sleep online
- Google Analytics: Minimum 2 years experience with structuring and managing Google Analytics accounts. Be prepared to share stories about your achievements.
- Google Adwords, GDN and Facebook ads expert: Minimum 2 years experience
- Tieng Anh: Good English
- “Can-do” spirit: You focus on solutions, not on problems
- Fire: Hunger in the eyes and fire in the heart
