The roles that you’ll be responsible for:

Recruitment Task takes 80%: 

Internal HR is much different with headhunter in agency. You find the reason to reject candidates, and if you have no more reason, congrats you found one! We will let you know how we do it at the interview.

At ITviec, Internal HR is not only a recruiting job, but also a salesperson, marketers, a psychologist, a strategist. Here the recruiting process you will do, look the same but it’s different because it is ITviec’s way: 

  • Search CVs fit with company’s requirement 
  • Hunt candidates by making them interesting with the job and apply to ITviec. 
  • Screening candidates by phone and interview. Your decision is important to choose the candidates go through to other interviews with experts or not.
  • Check reference. 
  • Welcome new member to join ITviec and support them during probation. 

Other HR admin tasks ( No worries, you will be trained) 20%:

You don’t do this job so often, if you know it well after training and doing, you can move on to the new things.

  • Do the labor contracts for all employees. 
  • Be in charge of social insurance for all employees such as:
    • Register social insurance, insurance claim, close insurance books…
    • Do monthly insurance report and make sure all payments to Social Insurance department is correct.
  • Do all the labor reports to the Government
  • Applying for visa, work permit and temporary residence card procedures for foreigners if any
  • Assisting the HR team to plan and organize company activities monthly: birthday, anniversary, company birthday, special events, team outing activities
  • Other HR internal tasks assigned

Your skills and experience: 

  • 24-27 years old
  • At least 01 year experience as Internal Recruiter or Headhunter
  • Know how to search for CV, call and interview candidates.
  • Fluent English conversation skill (speaking and listening)

  • Get it done” and fighting spirit
  • Flexible mind set and eager to learn attitude
  • Careful, detailed, thoughtful and transparent.
  • Communicate well with the team and listen to someone’s advice with open mind
