The Job
– Execute all of ITviec’s marketing channels:
- Write viral content for ITviec Blog
- Write high-converting copy and execute SEM, SEO, Facebook, Retargeting and email campaigns
- Organize events (from getting quality speakers to running the actual events)
– Attend IT-related events, become the representative of ITviec with tech people in town
– Regularly come up with cool/awesome ideas to leverage the brand, such as social media contests
– Ultimately, build ITviec’s brand as the place to go for highly skilled IT people in Vietnam
Your Skills, Experience and Attitude
– Excellent communication skills, most importantly WRITING.
– Love love love digital marketing. You get so excited when trying out a new marketing idea that you can’t stop talking about it.
– 1-2 years experience in digital marketing (social, google campaigns, deal with agency, PR…).
– Problem solver at heart. Execution beats ideas, 10 out of 10.
– Have professional pride in all the work you do, no matter how small/big. Our favorite motto: If you think you’re too big for a small task, you’re probably too small for a big one.
– Take initiatives. Go above and beyond in all the tasks given.
– Hunger in the eyes and fire in the heart.
