The Job:

The recruiter is responsible for the entire recruiting cycles and manage it.

  • Hunting: Find candidates that currently employed and convince them to work with us through our interview process. The channel to find candidates include searching CV on jobsite, LinkedIn, online resources. 
  • Candidate screening to meet our requirements. 
  • Interviewing candidates if they are interested in the job before setting up another interview with the manager. 
  •  Reference and background check: After Candidates pass the interview with manager, you are responsible for verifying employment information. 
  • You do the hunting as ITviec’s way of hiring, it’s different and effective. 
  • Other tasks in HR department: You learn how to do it and share the task with other HR/ admin team. Good to know
  • Do the probation contract, labor contract, take care of insurance for all the staff, make payroll and payment. ( Will be trained, have the format, doesn’t take much time)
  • Do the labor report to the government every quarter. ( Easy)
  • Organize and manage team activities ( Fun)
  • Other task related to labor. 

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Hiring for hunger, hiring for fit
  • Recruitment and job interviewing skills
  • Communication skills
  • At least 02 years experience in hunting and recruitment field.
