ITviec’s Mini Surveys Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION

  1. ITviec is conducting surveys on SurveyMonkey where Participant(s) can participate by answering a few questions about IT related topics. Some of them include a lucky draw program with a value cash prize. The prize shall be given to the person who answers and submits the survey questions completely and be chosen by lucky draw method.
  2. By participating in ITviec’s surveys, Participant(s) unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”).
  3. ITviec reserves all rights to change, modify or alter these T&Cs at any point of time. ITviec’s decision shall be final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by ITviec will not be entertained.
  4. A failure by ITviec to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance will not give rise to any claim by any person.

PERIOD

There is not a certain period to launch ITviec’s surveys annually. It depends on IT market shifts, trends and ongoing demands served for ITviec’s research purposes.

Within each survey, it may or may not mention about timing to take the survey to Participant(s). In case of lucky draw programs including, ITviec ensures the detailed date & time to end the survey and awarding as well.

ELIGIBILITY

ITviec’s surveys are open to access by all ITviec’s users and/or IT users who agreed to ITviec’s rights to approach and send follow-up emails. 

They have to meet these following criteria:

  • Be 18 years and above at the date of beginning of ITviec’s surveys and if requested will be required to provide evidence of the same (Lucky draw’s winners only).
  • Receive ITviec’s invitation emails with the link of surveys.
  • Employees of ITviec or any of its affiliates and relatives of ITviec and its respective sponsors are not eligible to participate in any ITviec’s survey.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. These general T&Cs shall apply to all ongoing and future surveys by ITviec.
  2. ITviec shall be entitled to take any form of action against a user who abuses the survey, including but is not limited to, any suspicious activities, or any attempts to circumvent the T&Cs herein.
  3. ITviec shall not be responsible for any consequences arising out of any error in the details provided by the Participant(s) for the purpose of surveys, including verification and as specified in these T&Cs.
  4. The selected winning Participant(s)’s names will be contacted through an official email at a time and date that ITviec deems suitable.
  5. ITviec will deliver the promised prize to the winners on the contact information which they have shared with ITviec. If a winner changes his/her contact information after sharing the same, it will be considered as ‘failure to contact’, after which the concerned prize will be awarded to any other Participant(s) who shall be selected solely at the discretion of ITviec.
